OCS TURNOVER CEREMONY

CAMP O'DONNEL, CAPAS, Tarlac - The Officer Candidate School (OCS) - one of the prestigious schools of the Training and Doctrine Command - has new head in the person of Colonel Ramon C. Bombais Jr. He assumed as the OCS commandant effective January 17,2011 replacing Col. Ambrahan G. Bagasin who served for more than two years and now assigned as Regimental Commander of the 1st Scout Ranger Regiment based at Camp Tecson, Brgy Tartaro, San Miguel, Bulacan.

Col. Bombais, a member of PMA Class 1984, is the former commanding officer of the Special Services Unit under the Army Support Command, Fort Andres Bonifacio, Metro Manila.
In his assumption speech, Col. Bombais reassured his predecessor and officers to continue what they have already started and what is expected to be done to professionalize soldiers.
On the other hand, TRADOC commander Maj. Gen. Reynaldo D. Sealana imparted inspiring words on the quality education TRADOC is providing to soldiers. However, he urged everyone to strive more and sustain the standard of excellence this school has already established.
